What is the dress code when dining at Saigon Princess?
As Saigon Princess is a Fine Dining Restaurant, please refer to the dress code of Smart Casual, which is neat with dress/long pants & closed-toe shoes (shorts & slippers should be avoided).
If you full-charter our cruise, the dress code is ups to your own preferences.
What currencies are accepted for payments?
Can I book for private dining?
Saigon Princess has private tables that help guests to be seated separately. All tables are located next to the windows on either side of the ship.
Can I bring children?
All children of all age are welcomed on board. However please kindly take responsibility for your kids safety on board. There is no designated staff to supervise children. Kids chairs are available on board. All toddlers under 6 years of age go free of charge. All children from 6 - 12 years old will have their own special menu & price.
Is there any age limit?
There is no age limit. However, please note that children under 13 years old need to be accompanied by adults.
Do you have Internet access on Saigon Princess?
There is available WIFI on board however depending on the location this can cut in and out of service. Please check with your waiter for the password on board.
What information do I get before my cruise?
An confirmation email will be sent to guests with information about: Cruising schedule, Date & Time, Cost, Menu, etc.
Can I go on the cruise if I have seasickness?
We operate on the Saigon River which is a very calm body of water. Our ship is very stable, so in most cases you can hardly tell that we are moving.
Can I smoke?
All dining areas of our ship are non-smoking areas. Passengers who smoke may do so on the terrace or sundeck.
Is there any safety equipment?
Your ship’s crew have undergone extensive safety training drills. Under the Captain’s supervision, these are rehearsed on a weekly basis.
All safety equipment on-board are surveyed and certified by VIRES (Vietnam Register):
- First Aid & Medivac Facilities
- Marine Radar & Echo Sounder
- Global Positioning System (GPS)
- VHF & UHF Radio Communications
- EPIRB (Emergency Position Indicating Radio Beacon)
- SOLAS Approved Life Jackets & Life Rafts
All safety equipments are available for all guests onboard.
What is the cruising schedule?
- 6.15 PM : Welcome Guest
- 7.15 PM : Embarkation
- Around 9.15 PM : Disembarkation
Can special diets be accommodated?
Please help to advise your diet requests when booking in advance of your cruise, most diets can be accommodated. It’s important that guests notify Saigon Princess about their diet right away when booking.
How can I pay?
Online booking: bank transfer at least 50% payment
Pay on spot: cash & credit card (Master, Visa)
Is Saigon Princess cruises handicapped accessible?
Saigon Princess is not handicapped accessible and do not have elevators. In most situations we are unable to provide individual assistance to guests with mobility issues.
